1. Terms and Conditions:
GoZing.com, a division of Zing Wireless, Inc., is an online market research
survey service. Individuals may register to be members of GoZing.com, and if
eligible, may participate in online surveys conducted on behalf of GoZing.com
clients. Members may receive cash payments upon verification of eligibility
and validated completion of surveys. By registering at the GoZing.com website,
you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions
constitute the entire agreement between you, Zing Wireless, Inc. and GoZing.com
with respect to your registration, membership, and participation in surveys.
GoZing.com reserves the right to change its policies and its incentive policies
at its sole discretion and at any time. -back to top
2. Eligibility:
You must be a resident of the United States, Argentina, Australia, Austria,
Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominican Republic,
England, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel,
Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand,
Northern Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Scotland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain,
Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, or Wales to take part in our online surveys. One
entry per person, per household. goZing reserves the right to not pay individuals
who attempt to defraud this survey system. If you are found to be fraudulently
using the survey system or duplicating entries, you will NOT be paid. You are
eligible to particpate in a goZing survey in one of the following ways: 1)
E-mail invitation from goZing.com (Only 1 survey may
be taken per e-mail invitation). 2) Log into your goZing account
to see if surveys are live. Your account is subject to suspension and will not
be paid if surveys are taken in any other manner. You will designate your own
password and unique ID for GoZing.com. By registering with GoZing.com, you agree
that GoZing.com may send e-mail messages to you regarding your participation
in market research surveys and other information pertaining to your membership.
From time to time, GoZing.com may request that other members of your household,
including your children, participate in surveys under your ID number and password.
In those cases, GoZing.com will provide an express invitation to you for their
participation explaining the subject of the survey. GoZing.com reserves the
right to close the survey at any time. Except as described above, you may not
allow any other person to use your unique ID. No payments will be made for surveys
completed by anyone other than the member under whose ID the survey is submitted.
Members who permit any other persons to complete surveys under the member's
ID may be disqualified from any further participation in GoZing.com. Employees
and directors of Zing Wireless, Inc. and GoZing.com; their affiliates; advertising,
promotion, and marketing agencies; public relations firms; consultants; and
contractors; and their immediate families (defined as spouse, child, sibling,
parent or grandparent), and any other persons living in their households are
ineligible to participate as members of GoZing.com. By registering as a member
of GoZing.com, you agree to be bound by eligibility determinations made by GoZing.com,
which are final and binding in all respects. -back to top
3. How to Register:
To register for membership with GoZing.com, you must provide all required information
on our Join GoZing Surveys registration form and submit that form to GoZing.com
for validation and verification. Only one registration form per person per household

4. Cash Incentives:
GoZing.com offers cash incentives to members in exchange for completed surveys.
If you complete a survey, it will take approximately 8 weeks to receive the
cash funds. The funds will be sent to the e-mail address registered on file
with goZing.com. If your e-mail address changes and funds have already been
sent to your e-mail address on file, GoZing.com cannot redirect the funds to
your new address. You can change your e-mail address in GoZing.com at any time.
GoZing.com will not make payments in any form other than PayPal, Buy.com Gift
Certificates, or Napster music downloads. GoZing.com will not make special arrangements
to cut checks to you personally, nor will GoZing.com accept bill requests from
you. PayPal.com is a FREE service that allows you to instantly receive cash
over the Internet. Cash payments will only be made after the member's qualification
to participate in a particular survey has been verified by GoZing.com, the member
completes that survey. goZing.com is not responsible if you lose, or misplace
your funds via email. All cash payment amounts may be changed or modified at
any time and at the discretion of GoZing.com. Members are responsible for any
taxes due as a result of payments made for their participation in GoZing.com.
GoZing.com is required by law to issue a Form 1099 to any member who is paid
$600.00 or more for participation in surveys, for the participation of referrals,
or both. If requested, you hereby agree to provide that information to GoZing.com
for tax reporting purposes. -back to top
5. Member Privacy:
The privacy of our members and the confidentiality of the personal information
they provide us are goZing.com's number one priority. Personal information will
never be included with the survey response information we provide to our clients,
nor will we ever sell or give any of your personal information to any third
party. Please refer to our Privacy policy for a statement of our policy and
procedures for ensuring your privacy. -back to top
6. Disqualification:
Zing Wireless, Inc. and GoZing.com are not responsible for lost, interrupted
or unavailable network server or other connections; miscommunications; failed
telephone or computer transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or
misdirected transmissions; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical
or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this website
will be disqualified from participating in surveys and their membership with
GoZing.com, if any, will be revoked. If your age group is already full, or if
one of your initial answers does not meet the survey criteria, there is a chance
you will not be able to take the survey, and will not be paid. It is possible
that the survey may abruptly end. If this happens then you unfortunately do
not qualify for a particular reason and will not be paid. goZing is not responsible
if your computer freezes, or you do not have the appropriate software installed
on your computer to participate in these surveys. GoZing.com may invalidate
a member's participation in particular surveys if the survey is not completed
within an allotted time frame or if any of the answers are deemed invalid during
the GoZing.com validation procedures. Payments will not be made for any surveys
in which a member's participation is invalidated. -back to top
7. Anti-Spam Policy:
Persons who generate or attempt to generate referrals through spamming will
be disqualified from receiving any payments from GoZing.com, including payments
for their own participation in surveys and for the participation of any members
they referred to GoZing.com. GoZing.com will revoke the membership of any persons
who spam information about GoZing.com and those persons will be permanently
disqualified from future membership and from any other participation with GoZing.com. -back to top
8. Buy.com Gift Certificate Terms:
The balance due on an order that exceeds the gift certificate amount must be paid by credit card.
Any unused portion of the gift certificate will be held within your account.
Gift certificates are non-transferable.
Gift certificates may not be purchased or redeemed for international orders.
Gift certificates may not be redeemed for electronic software downloads.
Gift certificates purchased at the Gift Center do not have an expiration date. -back to top
